The elegant setting of the old manor house, with its frescoed ceilings, allows guests to immerse themselves in an atmosphere of times gone by, enriched with all modern comforts. Careful renovation has made it possible to successfully combine ancient elements with the most modern solutions to make your stay comfortable and unique.

Villa Adriana is spread over two floors and can accommodate 10-12 people in 5 bedrooms. It is the ideal solution for groups of friends or families who want to share every moment of their holiday in a charming space equipped with all comforts.

The living area is located on the ground floor of the house and is available to guests: the kitchen with its antique fireplace, the dining room, the large living room with satellite TV, and the small sitting room leading to the large terrace overlooking the private garden.
A large double bedroom (with direct access to the balcony) with an adjacent bathroom suitable for disabled people, a study equipped for smart working and a second bathroom complete the ground floor.

On the first floor, there are four large double bedrooms, two with double beds, one with twin beds and one, more versatile, which can be prepared with a double bed or two single beds. There are three bathrooms on  the first floor, two inside two bedrooms and one accessible directly from the corridor.

Villa Adriana is equipped with Wi-Fi and heating, and all bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite TV and a safe.
Outside, there is a terrace and a private garden fully equipped with tables, deckchairs and parasols for relaxing alone or in company.
Completing the package, shared with the other guests of the Agriturismo, are free parking, a hot tub, an equipped barbecue area and a large park that ensures comfort and relaxation in nature. A charging station for electric cars is available to guests.

Just 300 metres away, there is a free-swimming pool (open from June to August) with a bar, a children’s playground and a five-a-side football pitch.

Dogs and other small pets are welcome as long as they are looked after responsibly by their owners so as not to disturb other guests, make a mess or cause damage.
