Located in the oldest wings of the complex, in two different 15th century buildings – Cà de Deter and Cà de Sura – our apartments offer the opportunity to discover the charm of the rural environment and savor the taste of simple things in a comfortable and exclusive environment, away from noise and stress. All the apartments were restored preserving the characteristic rustic style taking care to the choice of materials (wooden beams, terracotta and local stone). They are enriched by sober and elegant furnishings that give a warm and welcoming atmosphere suitable to relax and recovery of natural rhythms.
All apartments are equipped with independent heating, large fully equipped kitchen area, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine (capsules can be purchased at the reception), toaster, vacuum cleaner, safe, hairdryer, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and free parking. Bed, bathroom and kitchen linen are included in the rental price.
A welcoming portico overlooking the surrounding countryside and complete with a hydromassage tub, a barbecue area and a large park equipped for pleasant relaxation in nature are available to our guests.
Just 300 m away, the swimming pool (open from June to August) with bar, children’s playground and five-a-side football pitch are available free of charge.
Dogs and other small pets are welcome as long as they are managed responsibly by the owners so as not to disturb other guests, not to dirty or cause damage.

Mandatory final cleaning not included in rental price (Two-room apartment €60.00/€70.00; Three-room apartment €70.00; Four-room apartment €90.00).
Tourist tax (not included): over 14 years, €1.70 per person per day.
Low and Mid Season Periods – minimum stay: 5 nights. For shorter stays, prices on request. High and very high season periods – minimum stay: 7 nights. For shorter stays, prices on request.
Heating (not included): €4.50/m3, €0.30/kw.
Pets are allowed on request (€3.50/day/each up to 10 kg, €5.00/day/each over 10 kg).
Payments:
Deposit of 30% of the total amount within 7 days of booking. Failure to receive this implies the dissolution of the obligation to reserve the apartment. Balance by bank transfer one week before arrival. Deposit (€150.00) and tourist tax in cash upon delivery of the accommodation. Deposit amount will be returned by bank transfer in the days following departure, after checking the conditions of the apartment.
Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation received at least 31 days before arrival, we will issue a voucher valid for 12 months corresponding to the amount of the deposit paid. In case of cancellation received between the 30th and 15th day from the beginning of the stay, the amount of the deposit paid will be retained. In case of cancellation received starting from the 14th day from the beginning of the stay, the entire amount of the rent is due. Substitutes are accepted.
