In the elegant environment of the ancient manor house, the traditional hospitality of the Bettanini Virdia family allows anyone to feel immediately at ease and immerse themselves in an atmosphere of times gone by. The authentic frescoes, the stone and terracotta floors, the original nineteenth-century furnishings give the rooms charm and uniqueness.
On the manor’s ground floor, the Bed&Breakfast’s guests can enjoy the room with the mini-bar (self service), the large frescoed lounge, the reception room and the terrace overlooking the garden and the relaxing surrounding landscape. Outside, the free reserved parking area, the porch with whirlpool, the wide equipped park ensure the guests comfort and relax in the nature.
A large double room (Superior double room) with a balcony is located on the ground floor, while on the first floor there are the Suite and two large double rooms, all frescoed and furnished with 19th century furniture. All rooms are equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, safe, electric kettle and hairdryer.
Just 300 m away, the swimming pool (open from June to August) with bar, children’s playground and five-a-side football pitch are available free of charge.
Dogs and other small pets are welcome as long as they are managed responsibly by the owners so as not to disturb other guests, not to dirty or cause damage.

Terms and conditions
Check-in: from 2.30pm to 7.00pm. Check-out: by 10.00.
Prices are in euros per day per room. Tourist tax (not included): over 14 years, €1.70 per person per day. Breakfast included in the price.
For stays of just one night, an increase of €5.00 per person will be applied. Children 0-2 years free, children’s bed included.
Small pets (up to 10 kg) are allowed on request (€3.50/day/each).
Payments:
Deposit of 30% of the total amount within 7 days of booking. Failure to receive this implies the dissolution of the obligation to reserve the room. Balance in cash or credit card upon departure or by bank transfer one week before arrival. Tourist tax in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation:
In case of cancellation received at least 31 days before arrival, we will issue a voucher valid for 12 months corresponding to the amount of the deposit paid. In case of cancellation received between the 30th and 15th day from the beginning of the stay, the amount of the deposit paid will be retained. In case of cancellation received starting from the 14th day from the beginning of the stay, the entire amount of the rent is due. Substitutes are accepted.
