Important information

• Check-in: the apartment is handed over clean and tidy. Should you encounter any issues, please report them immediately.
• Check-out: you must vacate the apartment by 10:00 am. We are available for check-out from 8:30 am: please confirm the time the day before your departure. If you wish to check out early, please contact us by 12:00 noon on the day before departure.
• Condition of the apartment on check-out: please note that the accommodation must be left tidy and that the kitchenette and crockery must be left clean. We would particularly like to emphasise the need to remove all rubbish: glass, organic waste and non-recyclable waste must be taken to the appropriate bins (see position 14 on the layout).
• Consumables: for your convenience, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablet and bin bags. You will need to provide any additional supplies yourself.

Dogs and other pets

• Owners are fully responsible for their pets and must ensure that they do not cause any disturbance to other guests or damage to the premises;
• Do not leave pets unsupervised;
• Pets must not be allowed to relieve themselves inside the premises or in the garden areas; should this occur, the owner is required to clean up the mess;
• Dogs and other animals must not be left alone in the apartment;
• Animals are not permitted on beds, armchairs or sofas.

A few rules

• Please avoid making excessive noise and keep noise levels down before 8:00 am and after 10:00 pm.
• Smoking is not allowed in all accommodation.
• The Agriturismo is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the apartments or in the building’s communal areas.
• Please ensure that, when leaving the apartment, you close the front door, windows and taps, and do not leave a lit fire unattended.
• Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to use the lift unless accompanied by an adult.
• Do not leave personal items, such as shoes and hiking boots, on the internal or external staircases or in any communal areas;
• Keep a close eye on young children to prevent them from causing a disturbance, hurting themselves or causing damage. In particular, do not leave children unattended near the hot tub;
• Avoid littering in communal areas by using the bins provided nearby;
• Put away any equipment used (parasols, deckchairs and items available in shared areas) and keep shared areas tidy;
• Use the designated bins for separate waste collection (layout position 14);
• Do not park on the lawn in front of the barbecue area;
• Do not place chairs or other items on the road in front of the porch (layout position 5) or in the areas indicated on the Agriturismo layout as “private areas not available to guests”;
• Please, report any faults or issues to the Agriturismo management without delay;
• Children and young people are not permitted to use the barbecue

Our services

• Barbecue: use of the barbecue is free of charge. and it is always available. However, to avoid overlapping with other customers, we suggest you to book by filling the appropriate form available in the barbecue area. Please use the disposable plates, glasses and cutlery provided in the barbecue area. Once you have finished, please leave the area and equipment clean and tidy. Children and teenagers are not permitted to use the barbecue unless accompanied by a parent.
• Hot tub: the hot tub is available to guests every afternoon (except Saturdays) from June to September. To book, please use the “Services App”. Use of the hot tub is free of charge, but if it is booked and not used, a charge of €10.00 will be applied.
• Laundry and ironing facilities: a laundry and ironing room is available for guests’ use. The washing machine and ironing equipment are free of charge. The laundry room is marked as No. 8 on the Agriturismo layout.
• Bread and croissants: every day, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm, you can order bread and croissants via the “Bread Order App”, for which you will find a QR code and password in your apartment. Your order will be available the following day, from 8.00 am, on the bench at the entrance to “Cà de Sura” (see position No. 6 on the layout). The service is provided directly by Panificio Girardi: payment by credit card is required upon completion of each order. Alternatively, you can purchase bread and croissants at the “Lily 2.0” bar (order the previous evening and collect from the bar itself).
• Swimming pool: just 200 metres from the farmhouse, near the Park Visitor Centre, is the Prabione swimming pool, to which guests of Agriturismo Al Lambic have free access: simply present your Tignale Card at the entrance, which you can download for free onto your smartphone using the “Visit Tignale” app. The facility is open from June to the end of August, from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm.
• Electric car charging: a charging point for electric cars is available to guests in the parking area. To use it, you must request a card from Reception. The price varies according to market conditions, and we recommend asking for it when you collect the card. The amount will be charged at the end of your stay.

What to buy by the Agriturismo

• Firewood for barbecues and fireplaces: firewood can be ordered via the “Services App” in crates of approximately 10 kg at a price of € 8.00 per crate.
• Nespresso capsules: you can purchase capsules at Reception, where you will find the available varieties. The cost is €5.50 and €6.00 (decaffeinated coffee).
• “Rugiada delle Alpi” grappa: you can purchase our fine “Rugiada delle Alpi” Classica, 7 Uve and Riserva at Reception.
• “LambBeauty” beauty products: you can purchase our beauty products (hand, body, face, serum and soap) at Reception.
